1. Parents are requested to call for an appointment to visit the school with their child prior to registering to familiarize your child with his/her new school.
2. The regulations of the New Jersey Department of Health state that all children attending the school must submit a health
certificate and record of immunizations.
3. It is recommended that the children wear play clothes to school.
4. Outer clothing and boots should be plainly marked for identification.
5. Children are not kept in school when ill.
6. A school calendar will be supplied each year.
7. Information on school closing for bad weather will reach you by our telephone calling system. Please do not call the school for
news of school closing.
8. No child may bring toys of a military nature or chewing gum to school. We do not accept responsibility for toys brought in by
the children.
9. Children remaining for the full day session must bring a fitted standard crib sheet and blanket. Sheets will be sent home
each Friday for washing.
10. The obligation for the nursery school enrollment is on a monthly basis. If for some reason a child is withdrawing from school,
another child will be accepted to fill the vacated place. Notice of the withdrawal or cancellation of enrollment of any student
must be given to the school, in writing, 15 days before the end of any tuition month.
11. The school fiscal year is based on a set income and expanding basis. This is absolutely necessary to guarantee salaries,
maintenance, and operating expenses. Since nursery school tuition's are contracted on a monthly basis, monthly payments will not
vary because of illness, holidays, etc.
12. Since monthly statements will not be sent to your home, your prompt remittance will be appreciated by the first of each month.
13. Payments not received by the 15th of the month or returned checks may be subject to a late charge.
14. Registration fee is not refundable and not applicable toward tuition.
